“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds
and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Mathew 5:16
This verse from the Bible provides a foundational guide for a student’s
character, integrity and purpose within a school setting. It calls students
to let their “light shine” through good deeds and explains that true
goodness fulfils the spirit of the rules, rather than just superficially
following them.
Students, be bold in kindness, stand up for what is right and be honest, in
whatever you do. Let your actions reflect God’s love. Above all, treat
school rules as tools to build character, not just as restrictions.
My prayers and good wishes to all staff members to carry on your work with
greater zeal and enthusiasm as always.
A though for all: “One book, one pen, one child and one teacher can change
the world.” – Malala Yousafzai.
May the Almighty bless each one of you.
With best wishes.
